About me…
My name is Becka, and I’m the proud owner and founder of SLO Graze. My passion for connecting others through food and creativity has been at the heart of everything I do. Cheese and crackers have always been my go-to snack, so this charcuterie cart ties together my love for bringing people together with delicious, curated gourmet snack foods.
Over the years, I have worked at local wineries and event venues all over the beautiful central coast. In such a captivating setting, with breathtaking backdrops and world class wine, I was always disheartened by having only a food truck option for dining. I created this mobile charcuterie so we can all have an elevated snacking experience, that pairs well with wine and good times, and allows guests to “Slow down and SLO Graze, savor every bite.”
